New Air Route Links Shenyang with Moscow
The Russian International Airlines has opened a new air route between this capital of northeast China's Liaoning Province with the Russian capital Moscow.
This is the first air route linking Shenyang with a European city, local sources said.
Two scheduled flights will fly between the two cities every Tuesday and Thursday.
Previously, planes would fly to Beijing then passengers would make a connecting flight to Shenyang.
Shenyang has so far opened nine international air routes to Japan, the Republic of Korea and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
