CCB to Upgrade Banking Facilities
The China Construction Bank (CCB) will adopt more scientific and technological means to upgrade its banking facilities, and further expand and maximize its on-line banking business functions, said CCB President Wang Xuebing.
Wang called on his staff to seize the opportunity of the development of the new economy to innovate systems, practices, organizational structure, technology and products, and improve the technological level of the bank's products and services.
He said the bank aims to build an electronic banking service system combining the functions of management, information consultation, aid to decision making, payment settlement, electronics payment, on-line banking and international settlement.
According to Wang, the CCB will focus its efforts on the development of B2B and B2C businesses, the development of mobile phone banking services, individual foreign exchange trading, individual electronics remittance, building of a client information service system and a bond trading center.
