China To Hold 7th Art Festival
The Seventh China Art Festival will be held in eastern coastal Zhejiang Province in 2003, the province's cultural administration said.
A series of activities including stage shows, art exhibitions and public cultural entertainment will be held during the festival, and groups of best artists from all over China will give performances then.
The festival will also invite art groups from overseas, providing good opportunities for the locality to promote economic and cultural exchanges and trade, the source said.
The event was sponsored by the Ministry of Culture and is held every three years.
