Second Yangtze Flood Crest Passing Crucial River SectionThe second Yangtze River flood crest this summer Tuesday arrived at the meandering Jingjiang section, which is considered the most crucial section on the river for anti-flood precautions.The crest passing the Shashi Hydrometeorological Station in central China's Hubei Province at 53,000 cu m per second Tuesday morning, surpassing the danger line by 0.01 m.
