Fifth ICPO-Interpol Heroin Conference Opens in Beijing

The Fifth ICPO-Interpol Heroin Conference opened in Beijing Tuesday morning, attracting more than 200 representatives from over 60 countries and international organizations, including ICPO-Interpol secretary-general Raymond Kendall.

China's Public Security Minister Jia Chunwang addressed the opening ceremony.

Representatives from Hong Kong and Macao attended the meeting as members of the Chinese delegation.
