BLCU Helped with 500 Million Yuan of Bank Loan

Beijing Language and Culture University lately signed a cooperation agreement with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Beijing Branch according to which, the former will be provided with 500 million yuan of loan for an upgrading constructive purpose. A new type of market mechanism will be forged to govern the relationship and cooperative ties between universities and banks.

Following the agreement signed, the university will be given basic construction loans for expansion of old buildings and building of new ones used for teaching and research work; technology renovation loans for teaching apparatus and equipment purchasing; housing loans for teachers and faculties; and student aid loans.
