Libyan FM Arrives in Seoul via Direct Inter-Korean Air Route

Libyan Foreign Minister Abdel Rahman Shalgam, fresh from a three-day visit to Pyongyang from Saturday, arrived here Tuesday via direct inter-Korean air route.

'Shalgam arrived at Seoul Airport by special chartered plane through a direct air route over the East Sea,' a ROK government official said Wednesday.
