NPC Vice-Chairman Meets Cape Verde Minister

Xu Jialu, vice-chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), met Wednesday with Cape Verde's Minister of Culture Antonio Delgado, and his delegation.

Xu and Delgado discussed ways to increase cultural exchanges between the two countries and other issues of common concern.

The Cape Verde delegation is visiting China at the invitation of China's Ministry of Culture.
