China's postal service has signed 10 bilateral agreements with America, Brazil, Canada, Germany, and Russia concerning management, business cooperation, personnel training and technical exchanges.

Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou have conducted timely delivery service of express mails together with Hong Kong and Singapore, raising the competitiveness of China's postal service. This May, cooperation with America on priority mails opened in nearly 200 cities, covering 18 countries and regions such as West Europe, North America and Southeast Asia.
