Three Chinese Firms to Make IPOs

The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has given three Chinese firms permits to make their initial public offerings (IPOs).

The Shanxi Xishan Coal and Electricity Power Co., Ltd. is a major coal producer in Shanxi Province in north China. It will issue 228 million in common stocks at 6.49 yuan per share.

The Shijiazhuang Changshan Textile Company Limited is one of the largest textile producers and exporters in China. It plans to issue 100 million in common stocks at 6.18 yuan per share.

The two stocks would be listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange after the issuance.

The third company, the CRBC International Co. Ltd., is a major international contractor of road projects. It will issue 115 million in common stocks at 7.3 yuan per share.

Its stock would be listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange at the end of the issuance.
