China Imp. & Exp. Bank to Support Economic & Trade Cooperation With Asian Countries
Zhao Wenzhang, vice-president of China Import and Export Bank, recently indicated that the China Import and Export Bank will, as always, provide policy financial services for promoting the economic and trade cooperation between China and other Asian countries, further strengthen its ties with governments, financial circles and enterprise circles of Asian countries, and enter into extensive cooperation in the fields of preferential loans, export credits, insurance and guarantee on export credit.
At the topic lecture held by China Import and Export Bank for the "China-Asia Economic Management Officials Study Class", Zhao pointed out that after experiencing the impact of the Asian financial crisis, China and other Asian countries have come to see the need to continue to strengthen cooperation and coordination between them so as to achieve common development. As a policy financial organ, the China Import and Export Bank has always paid high attention and devoted great efforts to strengthening and enlarging economic and trade cooperative relations between China and other Asian countries.
More than 20 students of the study class from eight Asian countries including Pakistan, Cambodia and Myanmar participated in the topical lecture and the discussion on China's preferential external loans and export buyer's credit.
