Two Websites Forge Ties to Explore Shanghai Market
Two major Chinese websites, Sina. com and Shanghai online, have agreed to share data and information in a strategic move to explore the market.
Sina.com, a leading Chinese website, has announced to connect its Internet server with the database of Shanghai online, the largest public information website in Shanghai.
Web surfers will be able to read "Sina news" and "Sina Chatroom " when they access "Shanghai Online."
At the same time, Shanghai online will provide local news, consumer guidance and entertainment information to Sina.com.
The two websites will also co-operate in marketing promotion activities.
