China Law Website Launched in Hong Kong

A website at www.isinolaw.com dedicated to providing reference to China's law with both Chinese and English versions has been launched in Hong Kong on June 22.

The website is the most comprehensive and authoritative one, as is reported.

The website has been granted by the relevant Chinese authorities the rights to perform the following activities:

1. China Law Reports Series and judicial interpretations provided by the Supreme People's Court - "Exclusive English Translation Right" and "Exclusive Right" to put the Chinese version on line.

2. Selected Works of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission Awards - "Exclusive English Translation Right" and "Exclusive Right" to put the Chinese version on line.

3.Maritime Arbitral Awards - "Exclusive English Translation Right" and "Exclusive Right" to put the Chinese version on line.

4.To put on line the official English version of the laws of the People's Republic of China translated by the Legislative Affairs Commission of National People's Congress of China.

5.To put on line the English version of the laws provided by the International Economic Affairs Department of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Commission (MOFTEC) under the State Council.
