Hainan Launches Cruise Line to Viet Nam
A luxury ocean liner, the " Shuangyuxing", was launched Thursday on its maiden voyage from this capital of China's southernmost Hainan Province to Haiphong, a coastal city in Viet Nam.
Cruises on the liner are managed by the island province's international travel agency, which will offer three voyages a week, starting October 1 this year.
The liner, with a displacement of 40,000 tons, contains 776 guest rooms, and can accommodate 2,019 tourists at a time.
