Big Orders at Harbin Trade FairThe 11th China Harbin Economic and Trade Fair closed Wednesday in this capital city of Heilongjiang Province, northeast China, posting a trading volume of US$5.7 billion-worth, surging more than 20 percent compared with last year's event.Wang Zhenchuan, deputy governor of Heilongjiang, said that since the annual Harbin Trade Fair started ten years ago, it has become a major event, serving as a trading link between China and the Commonwealth of Independent States, the European Union and the United States.
