Chinese Military Delegation Leaves on Three Nation Tour

A Chinese military delegation headed by Xu Caihou, a member of the Central Military Commission and deputy director of the General Political Department of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA), left Beijing Monday afternoon for an official good-will visit of Russia, Finland and Ukraine.

The delegation is paying the visit at the invitation of the defense ministries of the above three countries.
