Shanghai Official Meets Finnish Guests

Huang Ju, secretary of the Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), met Sunday with a visiting Finnish Social Democratic Party delegation led by General Secretary Kari Juhani Laitinen.

Huang, also a member of the CPC Central Committee Political Bureau, said that Shanghai hopes to enhance cooperation with Finland in all fields, as Shanghai has been developing fast over the past ten years.

Laitinen also voiced the hope that Finland and Shanghai will strengthen exchanges and cooperation in the future.
