"Tianjin Declaration" on E-commerce IssuedThe "Tianjin Declaration" issued Friday at the "Third International E-Commerce Forum" calls for more non-governmental exchanges to facilitate governments around the world to promote E-commerce.According to the declaration, there is a broad basis for cooperation between countries all over the world in E-commerce. Forums of this kind will become a regular feature in the future. During the two-day forum, about 300 experts and officials from China, the United States, Canada, Japan, the World Trade Organization, the European Union, and leading multinationals discussed the prospects of the E-commerce, international cooperation in the business, and E-commerce solutions for small and medium companies. The Forum is co-sponsored by the Tianjin Municipal People's Government, the US Cyber Century Forum and other organizations. The Forum will organize discussions and symposiums on the future of E-commerce and international cooperation. |
