Two Serbs Killed in Kosovo Mine Blast

The KFOR and the U.N. mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) should condemn terrorism in Kosovo, said a Yugoslav committee cooperating with the U.N. mission in Kosovo Thursday.

Two Serbs were killed and one was injured on the road 10 kilometers south from Pristina on Thursday when their car hit a land mine, a statement from the committee available said.

This accident is a continual threat to the Serbs remaining in Kosovo, said the statement, adding that 12 Serbs had been killed and 19 injured in the past two weeks.

It also said that if the UNMIK was unable to implement U.N. Security Council Resolution 1244, they should end their activities in Kosovo.
