President of Botswana Ends Tour of Sichuan Province
President Festus Mogae of Botswana and his party concluded a tour of southwest China's Sichuan Province Thursday.
During his two-day stay in Sichuan, the president met with local leaders and visited tourist sites and enterprises.
Yang Chonghui, vice-Secretary of the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and deputy governor, briefed the guests on the conditions in Sichuan.
Mogae said that he hopes his country can cooperate with Sichuan Province in agriculture.
Mogae arrived in Beijing on Monday for a state visit at the invitation of Chinese President
