Website for Disabled in Service

A website at http://www.cdpf.org.cn designed to provide services for the disabled has been in service lately. Now the disabled people can surf on the website for what they are interested in.

Launched by China Disabled Persons' Federation, the website has offered a variety of programs on news information, polices & regulations, friends for the disabled and so on, a total of 11 columns. Other such services as law consultation and information of recovery appliance will be available later.

Cui Huiping, leading official of the Federation, said that the fast growing network technology can not only provide information for the disabled, but also helps promote a closer relationship between our government and the disabled people.

It is learned that Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Zhengzhou, Shenzhen and other cities have already established such website for the disabled.
