Yamazaki was referring to the appearance of Kim Jong Il, leader of DPRK, at the airport to greet the South Korean president. Kim Dae-jung arrived in Pyongyang earlier in the day for the historic inter-Korean summit, the first ever since the division of the Korean Peninsula in 1945. |
