Website for TV Program Trade to Be Launched

China's first website on TV program trade and TV advertisement information will start operation in July, providing an easy access to TV stations, program producers and advertisement promoters.

The website, TV-trade.net, has so far reached intents of agreements with about 500 TV stations, TV program producers and advertising companies from both home and abroad, and the number is expected to increase to 1,000 by the end of June, according to the website source.

Upon the start of the operation, the website will be able to provide the latest TV programs of cooperative TV stations, the latest program market, advertisement invitations, investment and cooperative intents, and other related information, thus creating an easy trading platform.

The website will be jointly launched by the Beijing TV Studio Ltd., the Dragonsource.com Inc., and the Dragon Web TV Ltd.
