Former ROK President Supports China's Western DevelopmentRoh Tae-woo, former president of the Republic of Korea (ROK), said Sunday that he will do his best to encourage the ROK government and businesses to participate in China's western development.In a meeting with Nie Ronggui, chairman of the Sichuan provincial committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Roh Tae-woo said that he had seen a lot of changes compared to his first trip to China eight years ago.
