Financial Aid Guidebook For Students Seeking Higher EducationChina's high school graduates received a guidebook this month providing information on how to get financial aid if they are admitted to university.The guidebook, co-edited by the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Finance, is divided into six chapters and includes preferential policies offered to university students in need, reducing tuition fees for poor students and offering loans and scholarships. Zhai Zhenyuan, Director of the Student Department of the Ministry of Education, pointed out that how to help poor students continue higher education has caused close attention from the society.
