Myanmar Issues Postage Stamp on Anniversary Ties with China
Myanmar Thursday issued a new postage stamp in the country to mark the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations with China.
The design on the left side of the stamp features Myanmar's Mandalay Palace, while that on the right side of the stamp portrays China's Great Wall. The upper side of the stamp is printed with words which read "Myanmar-China 50th Anniversary Ties. "
It is the first time for Myanmar to issue such postage stamp marking anniversary ties with foreign countries.
It is also part of Myanmar's activities to mark the event.
