Solomons PM Reportedly Set Free

The Prime Minister of Solomon Islands, Bartholomew Ulufa'alu, is reported to have been released by his rebel captors.

New Zealand Government officials say he was released under a deal that will see him removed from office by Parliament next week.

Mr Ulufa'alu was taken hostage on Monday by members of the Malaita Eagle Force militia, who demanded his resignation and took over key installations in the capital, Honiara.
