Mobile E-Commerce Application Presented

The best-of-china.com, IBM China, and Motorola (China) demonstrated mobile e-commerce in Beijing recently.

The best-of-china.com, set up in 1999 to provide e-commerce service for Chinese market, pinpointed China as the largest potential e-commerce market in the world.

China now has more than 40 million mobile phone users, and the figure is growing by 50 percent every year.

Experts agreed that the Internet is the trend in the mobile e- commerce market. But currently, the number of Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) phone users is no more than 1,000.
