Profits for China's Industrial Enterprises RisingChina's industrial enterprises reported 84.7 billion yuan in profits after being adjusted by sectoral losses, rising 140 percent over the same period of last year, Qiu Xiaohua, deputy director of the National Bureau of Statistics said Friday at a press conference held by the State Council's Information Office.The comprehensive index of economic benefits for industrial enterprises gained 15 percentage points in the said period to reach 101.8 points, the highest over the recent years, the official said. |
