Peony Card & IP Card for Distance Call Services OpenedThe Industrial & Commercial Bank of China and China Netcom Monday jointly introduced the Peony Card & IP Card for distance calls. Clients can freely enjoy the services of international and domestic distance calls through any telephones only by providing peony card numbers and IP card codes and can save at most 70 percent of the needed cost. The Industrial & Commercial Bank of China will automatically deduct the clients' telephone fee from their peony accounts. The service will be first opened in 14 cities including Beijing and Shanghai.Sources say, in addition to the above-mentioned cities, the Peony Card & IP Card services are also accessible to more than 70 countries and regions in the world. By the end of this year, this service will be offered to over 100 domestic cities. |
