China-Singapore Join Hands In Bio-Breeding
A bio-breeding center was recently set up jointly by a research group at the State University of Singapore and the Hefei Fengle Breeding Co. Ltd.
According to an agreement reached by the two sides, Singapore will help introduce anti-diseases and anti-pests genes into seeds of rice, corn, tomato and capsicum while providing technological training to China in the next ten years.
