Encyclopedia on Resource Sciences in China Published
China's first encyclopedia featuring the progress made by the country in resource sciences over the past five decades was published recently in Beijing.
The two-volume publication was compiled by some 500 Chinese scientists and scholars during the past seven years, said Wang Jincheng, an editor with the China Encyclopedia Publishing House.
The encyclopedia covers 19 subjects related to resource sciences.
Sun Honglie, an academician with the Chinese Academy of Sciences specializing in natural resources research, is the editor-in-chief of the encyclopedia.
