Tianjin University Creates School of International Education
The International Education School of Tianjin University, one of China's most prestigious schools, was inaugurated on May 26.
A new residence building for foreign students was also completed on the campus.
The university now receives some 300 foreign students a year, and more than 4,000 foreign students from over 70 countries have graduated from the university during the past several decades.
"The new international education school will greatly improve our ability to educate and serve international students," said university official Yang Yuqin.
