Bulgarian Painter Holds Exhibition in Beijing
Fifty works of Bulgarian painter Angel Gescheff went on exhibition at the Yanhuang Art Museum in Beijing, to mark the "Day of Bulgaria Education and Culture." The event was the brainchild of the cultural departments of the Bulgarian and Chinese governments.
Bulgarian ambassador to China Dimitar Tzanev attended the event which was sponsored by the Ministry of Culture.
Gescheff, 38, has established a reputation for his work in prints in recent years.
His wife, Yang Yang, is Chinese and also a painter.
