China Opens Website On World Heritage

China has launched the first website on its most famous cultural and natural spots.

Available at www.cnwh.org is the latest information on world heritage website in China, including the Great Wall, the Forbidden City and the Wuyishan Mountain.

The website, in both Chinese and English, also includes columns on current issues in world heritage work, a relics protection hotline, tourism, laws and codes and a chat room.

Currently, 23 cultural and natural sites in China are on the World Heritage list.
