Indian President to Visit China in Late May
Indian President Kocheril Raman Narayanan will pay a state visit to China from May 28 to June 3, at the invitation of President
Jiang Zemin
.
Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Zhang Qiyue announced this in Beijing on Monday.
During the visit, the first ever to China since Narayanan assumed the presidency in 1997, leaders of the two countries will exchange views on China-India relations and regional and international issues of mutual interest, Zhang said.
