Beijing to Host China Internet Venture 2000 in June
China (Beijing) Internet Venture 2000 Conference, sponsored by China Internet Group.com (CIG) , an integrated company dedicated to help creating and developing China's internet companies, will be called in China World Hotel from June 6 to 7.
Co-sponsored by Redherring and People's Daily Online, the conference gains support from the Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Information Industry and a number of American venture investment companies and China internet firms.
Doctor Michelle Wu , CEO of the CIG, one of the outstanding women entrepreneurs in the internet industries, expressed that the conference is a highlight of their work in China. It is of great significance to have those overseas investment companies and China's successful internet companies together to share experience and ideas and explore opportunities in the world markets.
The conference consists of three parts, including featured speeches, career pioneering speeches and forum. Some of the topics will cover China's internet infrastructure construction, internet development in China, venture capital practice and so forth. The conference will also arrange 24 business plan speeches by newly-set internet companies, to make the 24 speeches more successful and help them reach agreements or cooperation intents with venture investment companies, senior officials of the CIG will give a training program for the 24 business developers to improve their performance.
Two cocktail parties will be held on June 6 and 7 during the meeting to give investors and internet elite a chance to exchange ideas.
