China Launches Program to Introduce Overseas AdvisorsA program to introduce overseas professional advisors to local governments and businesses in China has been launched by the China Youth Development Foundation (CYDF) and other organizations.According to the plan, 100 overseas advisors will be invited to provide consultation on information, technology and management to 100 Chinese local governments and enterprises. The program is part of a non-profit project sponsored by " Prospect," also founded by the CYDF. Kicked off in 1993, Prospect is a charity similar to Project Hope, which helps return school dropouts to the classroom. Prospect was created to integrate overseas resources such as information, patents, technology and capital with China's economic development through non-governmental channels. |
