Foreign Minister Ends Visit to Japan

Foreign Minister Tang Jiaxuan left Japan Saturday after winding up his four-day official visit to Japan.

During his stay, Tang met with Japanese Prime Minister Yoshiro Mori and leaders of Japan's six ruling and opposition parties.

The foreign minister also held talks with his Japanese counterpart Yohei Kono to exchange views on bilateral ties, regional and international issues of common concern, and reached consensus on a wide range of issues.
