Taiwan Dreamer.com Takes over Mainland's Yesite.com

Taiwan website dreamer.com decides to take 54% of share of a mainland website yesite.com, after merger, the new website will be named www.d3y.com. It is the first one that a Taiwan website takes over a mainland one.

Xu Naiwu, general manager of Taiwan dreamer.com said on May 3 that after the merger of the two websites, they will quicken their steps in e-commerce development. There will be two focuses this year: First, expand their e-commerce development path from Beijing and Shanghai to other cities. Second, develop a consultant market in China mainland to help Taiwan enterprises enter to mainland e-commerce markets.
