Chinese Foreign Minister to Visit Japan
Chinese Foreign Minister Tang Jiaxuan will pay an official visit to Japan from May 10 to 13 at the invitation of Japanese Foreign Minister Yohei Kono, announced Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Zhang Qiyue at a regular press conference Tuesday.
During the visit, Tang will meet with Japanese Prime Minister Yoshiro Mori and hold formal talks with his counterpart Yohei Kono, Zhang said.
Tang will also have extensive meetings with non-governmental organizations friendly to China, leading economic groups and leaders of major political parties of Japan, she said.
