Chinese Enterprises Raise Over 460 Billion Yuan From Securities Markets
Chinese enterprises raised 463.27 billion yuan from domestic and overseas securities markets by March, a senior Chinese securities official said on May 8. Over 1,000 Chinese enterprises were listed, of which 960 are on China's Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges and 46 on overseas markets, including London, New York and Hong Kong, said Jin Ying, deputy secretary-general of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, at a seminar on investment insurance and capital market.
