Chinese Premier, Danish PM Hold Talks
Chinese Premier
Zhu Rongji
held talks with Danish Prime Minister Poul Nyrup Rasmussen in Beijing Monday morning.
Zhu and Rasmussen are expected to exchange views on bilateral ties and issues of common concern.
Prior to the talks, Zhu hosted a 19-gun ceremony to welcome Rasmussen.
Rasmussen arrived in the Chinese capital Sunday for an eight- day official visit as guest of Zhu. Apart from Beijing, Rasmussen will also visit Shanghai and Suzhou.
