More Talent From East China to Study Abroad
Zhejiang and Shandong provinces in east China will send more enterprise managers and government officials to study abroad.
Local sources said that ten research fellows and 30 company managers in Zhejiang will go to famous universities, research institutions or enterprises abroad for further studies this year. In Shandong, 39 government officials will soon be sent to the
United States
and
Britain
for six-month training programs. Authorities noted that the efforts will help Chinese managers and officials accumulate a wealth of experience in terms of enterprise and government management.
Statistics show that 735 technicians and managers and 48 government officials from Zhejiang were trained abroad last year.
