Qinghai Reports Flourishing Foreign Trade

Foreign trade has begun to pick up in northwest China's Qinghai Province. Statistics show that the province's imports and exports amounted to 33.13 million US dollars in the first quarter of this year, up 18.66 percent from a year earlier. Exports reached 28.65 million US dollars.

General trade imports and exports reached 32.96 million US dollars, accounting for 99.49 percent of the total and representing an increase of 23 percent on a yearly basis.

According to statistics, imports and exports from state-owned enterprises, foreign-funded businesses and private enterprises all increased.
