Senior CPC Official Meets DPRK Delegation

Ding Guangen, a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, lately met with a delegation from the Working People Journal, organ of the Workers' Party of Korea, led by its Chief Editor Ryang Kyong Bok.

Ding, also a member of the secretariat of the CPC Central Committee and head of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, briefed the guests on China's political and economic situation as well as its publicity and ideological work.

Ding hoped that organs of the two parties would enhance exchanges and cooperation to make their due contribution to the development of friendship between China and the Democratic People' s Republic of Korea (DPRK).

The DPRK guests are here at the invitation of Seeking Truth, the semimonthly magazine of the CPC.
