Vice-Premier Meets Latin American Meteorology DelegationChinese Vice-Premier Wen Jiabao met Saturday with a meteorology delegation from Latin America, which was headed by Nelson Oswaldo Salazar-Delgado, representative of Ecuador to the World Meteorological Organization (WMO).Wen said that meteorology is a transnational cause requiring cooperation and exchanges among meteorological institutes of all countries. He said such exchanges will promote understanding and strengthen meteorological cooperation, and China is willing to make efforts in this regard.
