After 10 years of hard work, the Xingzhong Oil Staging (Zhoushan) Co., Ltd. has completed China's largest oil transit base in the desolate land on the southern coach of Aoshan Island in Dinghai, Zhejiang Province. The base has several oil tanks with a total capacity of 1.2 million cubic meters, three oil docks with respective tonnage of 250,000, 100,000 and 10,000 tons. In the last decade, the "Xingzhong" people, displaying the spirit of starting an enterprise through hard work, have completed in succession five key engineering projects in Zhejiang Province, which involve a total investment of more than US$ 100 million.

The company has constantly expanded its business scale and achieved good economic and social effects.
