The house interior decoration expenditure per household is 20,000 yuan (about US$ 2,410). The real estate sector will be more prosperous as individual purchase of housing will account for the bulk of the market. Also, sales agents and consultants are believed to be well-paid. At the same time, with more private cars going into homes of ordinary citizens, related businesses such as car maintenance and car washing will also be boosted.
