Overseas Chinese Seeking for Development in Motherland
The Chinese government has all along welcomed overseas Chinese with specialties in various fields to return to China for carving out their future careers. Meanwhile overseas Chinese in the United States and other places have shown great enthusiasm to visit, make investment and start undertakings in China.
This is to be highlighted by a delegation on an inspection tour of China called "Repaying Motherland Program", which is scheduled to arrive in China in early May. Sponsored by Alumnus Association of Washington-based China's Mainland Junior School, the delegates will conduct surveys in the fields of information technologies and pharmaceutical industry projects in China, especially in Sichuan, Fujian, Henan, Hebei provinces and Beijing Municipality. Apart from this, the delegates will also participate in a "High-tech Industry Week" to be called in Beijing Zhongguancun in May.
As cited by experts, China's rapid economic growth and business opportunities arising from the development has motivated overseas Chinese in alien lands to return to seek for their development.
Meanwhile, these experts have urged to take various measures as establishing special institutes for handling relevant matters and helping settle starp-up capital for those who wish to launch undertakings in China.
